When and Where to Pick up Your Bachelor’s Degree Diploma
Who: Undergraduate students eligible to graduate this semester
Time: Wed., Jan. 31, 2024
Location: Registration Division (room L103, on the 1st floor of Building L)
※Note 1: Activate the School Leaving Procedure Online
Before you visit the Registration Division, please do remember to access the School Leaving System and click “Activate the school leaving procedure now”.
※Note 2: Check the Result of Conferral
After 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024, you’re able to access the school-leaving system to check if you “V” (pass) the column “Degree Certificate will be Conferred”. If passed, you’re able to bring your photo ID to pick up the diploma on Jan. 31.
※Note 3: Documents Required for Diploma Pick up
Students who pick up their diplomas in person should present their student cards or photo ID. If students assign someone else, the agent has to bring an applicant-autographed authorization letter, the applicant’s student card/photo ID, and the agent’s photo ID.
