This year the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, STUST, based on the cooperation of the Department of Applied English, the Department of Applied Japanese, and the Department of Child Care, recently held the Humanities and Social Sciences Cross-Cultural Narrative Tour: National Multilingual Storytelling Competition of Vocational High Schools. English and Japanese both belong to the Department of Language and Literature, which emphasizes oral expression and communication skills, while Students in the Department of Child Care must learn how to present creative narrative skills to children to better attract children's attention and teach children expressions and story-telling skills. Therefore, with the College of Humanities and Social Sciences as the main body, a cross-department and cross-language competition is of great significance.
