The heat continued to spread over South Taiwan for the 26 year: 30 super sports cars made their
appearance in the opening of the 26th Naitai Automobile Exhibition on the 6th and 7th of December

As an integral part of the 45th anniversary celebration of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, the 26th Naitai Automobile Exhibition showed it on the road, which was organized by more than two hundredteachers and students of the vehicles group of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. The event washeld on December 6 and 7 (Saturday and Sunday) in the campus.More than 100 well-known manufacturers joined the event, showinga great variety of products associated with the motorcycles and automobiles with more than 400 booths. It was the largest auto show in South Taiwan and was free for people to come.

This year the show was mainly divided into Imported Cars Area, Domestic Cars Area, Motorcycle Area, Electric Cars Area, Audio Area, Automobile Instrument Area, Supercar Area, and Project achievements Exhibition Area—a display of the elaborate thematic works by teachers and students of the university.There were approximately 470booths. In addition, the school organized the "17th Anniversary Thematic Work Contest" and the "Outstanding Thematic Work Achievement Exhibition,”showing a great collection ofexcellent student projects and thematic worksby students ofdifferent faculties. As for the car display, Mercedes, Audi, BMW classic cars were all shown, added by a lot of popular car models introduced by various auto-manufacturers.In addition, brand new motorcycles were brought to the foreground of the show, including Macro Guidant, Gwangyang, Sanyang, and Yamaha; Aprilia, Kawasaki, BMW, Suzuki, MV Agusta, Honda and other famous sports motorcycles were also exhibited. In addition, the exhibition includes electric bicycles, instruments and equipment, modified cars, car stereos and a lot of other fine auto accessories--almost the entire spectrum of auto and motor elated industries was here.

Another highlight was the show of 30 super sports cars, which wasthe strongly invitedby teachers and students of STUST and sponsored by such co-organizersas OPTION modified cars magazine, First-Hand Auto-Information magazine, and iPE exhibitors. The long list includes Ferrari 458 Speciale, McLaren MP4-12C Spider, Ferrari 458 Spide, Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2, AUDI R8 V10, Maserati GranTurismo MC, Porsche 911 GT3, Tesla Model S P85D, etc., showing a collection of rarely seen cars with a total price of 0.6 billion NTD. It is worth mentioning that Fu Hai International warmly offered the highest ranked bipartite pure electric car Tesla Model S P85D.
