In the “New Year Piggybank Giveaway” activity, President Tai brought each kid a piggy bank and hoped everyone could save money from childhood and develop a habit of rational consumption. A dollar was put in each piggybank to be a symbol of "a great new year start" in the hope that the kids would a new beginning.

President Tai gave each and every teacher of the kindergarten an envelope as a reward for their hard work, showing his thanks to them for bringing all the kids a happy childhood. When kids got piggybanks from President Tai, they said "Happy New Year Grandpa President and Yangyangdeyi!" in a warm, vibrant way. Liang-Di Hou was happy and said the piggy bank was cute piggy bank; An-Reng Cheng was also happy to say that she could put his coins into the piggybank.
