President Pan said that entrepreneurship is full of difficulties and hardships, but the factors for happy, successful workers in business are even more, including honesty, integrity, honor, and winning the trust of others. In addition, it is a must to have a strong sense of responsibility, confidence and courage to accept challenges, and enthusiasm to face people and things. Meanwhile, entrepreneurs need to have to have innovative thinking, forward-looking, and efficient working in implementation. In addition to being good at working with people, an entrepreneur also needs to have a strong ambition to work decisively, act according to plan, and from time to time to adjust himself. The final recommendation of President Pan for young students was: life is full of uncertainties, so one may find it hard to know what to begin with if there are so many plans; one should find the right direction and do something good today; everything is like mountain climbing, in which small steps will sooner or later bring one to the destination.
