Southern Taiwan University of Science and FAST Lab Southern Creative Centre of the Department of Technology, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, cooperated to help employees apply for training institutions training courses in terms of the creation of 3D printing, in line with productivity 4.0 standard, which covers 3D printing product development process, 3D scanning reversed mapping technique, manufacturing methods, 3D stereoscopic print practice and reversed engineering practice, etc., to provide employees approach to digital tools to create micro skills customized goods.

STUST’s Tainan Cultural and Creative Industrial Park not only provides cultural and creative performances and matchmaking industry Arts talent interactive platform; it will also enable the public use of the park, a good place to live slowly. The future will see it building up an aesthetic cultural and creative park for life through the integration platform that integrates different patterns and industrial packaging and marketing, leads the innovation wave packets, and explores more of the brand. FAST Lab Southern Creative Center Ministry of the Ministry of Economic Affairs understands the value of the development of the park and worked in cooperation with STUST, with the purpose to integrate 3D printing hardware and software resources, create the entity and friendly creative field environment, and actively boost the idea of creating a more successful product with desirable characteristics for customers.

Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology is greatly devoted to promoting educational programs to institutions or in-service workers, assisting the Ministry of Labor to offer employees refresher training programs. For institutions where more than 51workers participate in employment insurance, they can apply for corporate human resources for businesses to manage application for planning training courses. The training grant funding can be up to NT$ 950,000. The employment of labor institutions with workers less than 51 can participate in employment insurance and apply for a "small business human promotion plan." For each institution that works on planning application training courses, training grant funding can be up to NT$ 100,000. The service may also apply to “labor program of industrial investment in human resources," with 80% subsidy for each student training costs, and the training expenses allowance can be up to NT$ 70,000 for three years.
