Tainan Cultural and Creative Industry Park was officially opened on June 12 last year. This was its first anniversary. Former Executive Yuan Premier Yu vigorously promoted long-term cultural and creative industries. After Southern Taiwan University of Science of Science and Technology took over the business in Tainan Cultural & Creative Park, he saw President Tai and General Manager Wang make great contribution to the cultural and creative industries with strong and great determination. He believed that under their leadership, the future will see them create a wave of innovation in southern Taiwan.

In addition to promoting the cultural and creative business opportunities for industrial cooperation, the park has contributed to the establishment of the Department of Pop Music Industry in Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Now the Department has professional teachers, teaching space and advanced teaching equipment to provide students in live performances and music industry. He believed that STUST can cultivate more excellent talents for the country's cultural industry.

General Manager Wang of the Tainan Cultural & Creative Park said that during the anniversary, the park specially invited artist couple Yu-Tsao and Shi-Hao Kang to offer their "2016 concentric shoes special exhibition,” which is a cultural and creative fusion of traditional and modern aspects. In addition to individual works on display, the park would also showcase a collection of works of art over the past three decades, particularly holding "shoes with concentric force" as its theme to to celebrate the Tainan Cultural & Creative Park towards the first anniversary. In addition, the park took great heed of the promotion of environmental education combine art and culture, thus inviting Curatorial Care Association to show its long-term care for the beauty of Taiwan's environmental issues. The entrance to the park would become an outdoor art plaza and lawn to launch the "Flower Image--THINKING" live creation show. With the use of the power of art to gather ideas, Wang hoped the new year would see Tainan Cultural & Creative Park reproduce creative energy.
