Tainan Cultural & Creative Park Tainan presented three major events for the month
of love: Love Fashion Show and The Look of Love Exhibition brought out the charm of fashion in Tainan

Tainan Cultural & Creative Park, in response to the moth of love in Tainan City, presented three major events: Love Fashion Show, The Look of Love Exhibition, and "Love Song Chong, and The Finals of Love Song Contest. Love Fashion Show kicked off on July 23 at 7:30 pm as the opening of a series of activities, hosted by VINTINE Fashion, which has long stationed in Tainan Cultural & Creative Park. Inspired by symbols of Tainan City—orchid and Kuantian Jacana, VINTINE design presented a retro, luxury, romantic fashion style. Guests invited were legislators Ting-Fei Chen and Yi-Jin Yeh and General Manager Sin-Yi Yan of Tayih Landis Hotel, who showed themselves as models on the catwalk, instantly creating a hilarious atmosphere for the show in tune with the fashion of Tainan!

In addition to the fashion show, The Look of Love Exhibition was held simultaneously in the showroom. With a variety of photography and fashion, it showed love under different space-time background, from 18-year-old sentimental, pure love to the 80-year-old silver-haired, steadfast love, offering a space for people to experience in the actual instances of love and enjoy the sweet taste of love!

The idea, as well as the design and performance, of both Love Fashion Show and The Look of Love Exhibition came from Designer Yi-Ting Chen of VINTINE. Fashion design, as Chen pointed out, was originated in the 1920s, when art and fashion together saw their golden age and when the classical and the modern found their cut-off point. It was also the time when the era of neutral began and women were set free from the shackles of tradition. The design of VINTINE found its inspiration from such a background of space and time, bringing out a fully retro, luster gorgeous, decadent romantic design, with a unique taste adherent to its own style. Against the backdrop of Tainan Cultural & Creative Park and its old-fashioned architecture, the design presented a sophisticated interpretation of superb aesthetics and creative ingenuity.

As President Chien Tai of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology said, Taiwan has been an important area for textile industry. In order to form a combination of creative design and fashion, the Cultural & Creative Park in Tainan has ever held fashion design contests in conjunction with the local fashion industry, trying to bridge the gap between school education and business practices. This time, with particular reference to the month of love in Tainan City, STUST worked together with VINTINE and launched Love Fashion Show and The Look of Love Exhibition. The park offers not only space for retailers, but also zeal to encourage them and provide them with resources so that firms can have a stage for their creativity and practices, jointly promoting the fashion industry in Tainan.
