Aspen, a green technology enterprise supported by the Incubation Center of
Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, was interviewed as it
encouraged younger students to strive for success in business by its idea-- "Dreaming the Dreams."

General Manager Chi-Jie Yeh of Aspen Technology Co., Ltd, which has been supported by the Incubation Center of South Taiwan University of Science and Technology, recently invited by the National Education Radio, Kaohsiung, to share the experience of entrepreneurship over the years and their cooperation with the Incubation Center of Southern Taiwan Science and Technology.

Aspen's main business is to provide world-class power simulation software, power management system solutions, and actively looks for the introduction of new technologies and technologies, thereby strengthening independent research and development capabilities of the industry.

It has been strongly fueled by its professional research team to provide customer research, analysis of renewable energy system, impact analysis and other solutions over the corresponding industrial fields and the government in their promotion of the "green energy technology" over the new enterprises.

In the course of his interview, General Manager Yeh thanked the Innovation and Incubation Center of STUST for providing perfect space for entry and counseling. In October this year, he was awarded the ISO 9001 international quality management system certification with the help of the incubation center. In the future, he will win more orders from home and abroad, together with more customers’ trust. He gave special thanks to the Department of Electrical Engineering and Professor Chen-Ting Hsu for his project counseling, industry-related technical counseling, and consulting services to enable the company to successfully develop a more high-quality customized service system.

"Dreaming the dreams" is the word General Manager Yeh used to describe his own entrepreneurial experience and encourage youth with an entrepreneurial drive. For him, the courage to go with his own interest, despite stumbling all along the way, may be a life experience that can be learned through the entrepreneurial process in the real Interested in the industry. Such processes can double their efforts in this area to study further and then love their work. Enjoy the work, he said, and ultimately let the dream shine.

President Tai said that Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology has been founded nearly 47 years. Throughout all the robust development and different phases, each school performance was well recognized by the Ministry of Education, parents, and the community. Since 2006, STUST has been given a total of $NT 748 million by the Ministry of Education through its "Teaching Excellence Program" grants, with a total sum of subsidy ranked second among universities of science and technology nation-wide. It was recognized as a model for universities of science and technology in 2012 by the Ministry of Education. From 2013 to 2015, the Ministry of Education granted it a total of $NT 429 million through its "University of Science and Technology Development Model Plan.” According to Cheers magazine survey on favorite universities for enterprises, STUST has been honored as their favorite private university for 8 consecutive years (2009-2016). It was listed on the TOP 10 universities for its remarkable progress in performance assessment. In 2016, STUST won the American InBIA review, ranked first in the best university incubators of the year (Best University Incubator); it is the first Taiwan incubation Center to have obtained this award. In 2015, the Ministry of Education gave grants to vocational schools that promoted general education curriculum reform program; STUST was selected as one of the "merit schools," ranked first in the country in terms of subsidy program and funds.
