Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology held the 2017 Chinese New Year dinner for overseas students and Chinese students.

In order to let the overseas students feel the atmosphere of Chinese New Year, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology held a special dinner for them to celebrate the Spring Festival and invited the overseas Chinese and the native students to come together. Following a mutual greeting for the Lunar New Year, Deputy President Deng-Mao Lu and other directors of the school shared the dinner with more than 80 overseas and Chinese students.

He encouraged students to study seriously at their stay here for learning. Lu also sent a red envelope to each student by the table to wish the students a happy New Year.
