The athletic cheerleaders of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology participated in the 2017 National Cheerleading Championship, organized by the Taiwan Athletics Cheerleaders Association. In the "Junior College Mixed Group," "Mixed-Skill College Group" of the 2015 National College Open, the 2016 National Open and in the "Open Mixed Team 5" of the 2016 World College Series, they won a lot of championships. Despite the hardships during the initial period, it has been growing with all the efforts of senior students in the club and all the talented follow-ups. It is worth mentioning that graduated seniors have never stopped their love for cheerleading activities. Thanks to the positive efforts of coaches and everyone’s passions, STUST Cheerleading Club have been able to win in various competitions. With their thunder-roaring slogans, uniformed arm movements, stable techniques, self-confident smiles, they greatly impressed both the audience and judges.
