In collaboration with Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Jianmao Biotech Co., Ltd. organized the "2018 New Life Smart Living Phenolic World Creative Animation Design Competition," in the hope of making the public know more about the health benefits of lemon by way of animation. Since the start of the competition on August 31, 106, a total of 172 entries have been registered, bringing the total prize money up to NT$ 350,000. A few days ago, the awarding ceremony was held at the Grand Hotel in Kaohsiung. The first prize was won by Hope English Technology Co., Ltd., with their work "The Lemon of Little Red Riding Hood." Jianmao Biotech also gave the Special Prize to the TFE Team of Tainan University of Applied Sciences. On-site popular voting activities brought the best prize to the team from National Taiwan Normal University for their work "Lemon Polyphenols for Your Extra Points." Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology won the 18 awards in this competition with their dazzling performances.

Jianmao Biotech has cooperated with Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology in researching technologies, using Taiwan lemons and adopting special squeezing methods to extract the nutrients of lemons from grains and seeds, which are then combined with exclusive compound probiotics X-LEO99 and developed through sugar-free fermentation technology. In the fermentation process, the original lemon juice is derived from a more active ingredient through the growth and metabolism of the bacteria. After the competition was open for online enrollment on August 31, 56 teams and 172 participants came to join the competition. They came from 21 different senior high schools and colleges with 22 different departments and institutes. After two reviews by a number of experts from industry and academia, gold, silver and bronze medals were given, along with one Manufacturer Special Award, 15 excellence awards, and 10 finalist awards. With a total prize money of NT$ 350,000, the competition hoped to invite creative people and design masters from all walks of life to make suggestions on issues often associated with lemon and health and make the public more clearly understand the health benefits of lemon through the presentation of animation design.
