"Iron Wall" invited the artist Siao-Shu Liao, who created the work "Iron Flower" in the same position in 2012 (the side wall of No. 47 and No. 49 of Shennong Street), to return to the same old place. From the end of 2018, Siao-Shu Liao invited Yuan-Fa Zheng to lead the creation of the Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology Center's self-cultivation program. Ji-Shu Shie, Yi-Jun Lin, Shue-Yu Liao, Yong-Chi Li and Pin-Zhen Wu together reinvigorated the wall of the street art museum.

This wall, which is shared by No. 47 and No. 49 of Shennong Street, happens to be in a gable position. Therefore, Siao-Shu Liao and the students used the decoration of the gable as a point to reorganize the related traditional totems—such as lion head, magpie, floating clouds, and lanterns—into a new and modern pattern combined with the curved features of the gables, to add a fresh look to the original wall. The material is made of pig iron, which is one of the main materials of modern architecture and which was also used in the first phase of the work "Blossom of Iron Flower." Because the wall is located at the Shennong Street in the Ching Dynasty, modern sensational techniques, such as rust treatment on the surface, made the work feel new and old, echoing the old and new living atmosphere of Hai'an Road and Shennong Street.
