Taiwan Incense Cedar, which was used in the planting, is one of Taiwan's five valuable coniferous woods. ‎Taiwan Incense Cedar’s wooden texture is delicate and thick, with amazing fragrant. It is commonly known as "Taiwan Sandalwood" and is the representative of Taiwan's aroma. It is regarded as the national treasure of Taiwan's forests. ‎Taiwan Incense Cedar is often rooted in the high-risk mountain range. It can not only grow on the bare rock of the cliff, but also stand on the slope of the dangerous slope. It symbolizes the education of the South Taiwan University of Science and Technology, overcomes the crisis of the current educational environment, and adheres to the educational concept.
