Teachers and students of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology won three prizes and awards for their excellent works—a total of 34 prizes—in the 15th Digital Signal Processing Creativity Design Competition in 2020    2020/6/12

The award ceremony of the 15th Digital Signal Processing Creativity Design Competition was held on June 11, 2020, at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. In response to the national policy to contain the severe pandemic of the novel coronary pneumonia (COVID-2019) and in order to avoid large-scale assembly activities, the final method was changed from on-site scoring to an online evaluation on the actual video uploaded by the participating teams, conducted by the judges online scoring and real-time video interviews, so that the competition was able to Completed smoothly under the meticulous planning of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. As the scale of this competition had been expanding, the judges were chosen from well-known professors and industry elites in related academic fields and outside the school. It has established a good reputation and received a wide response from the domestic universities of science and technology and all the related departments. The top three awards in each group were presented by the Ministry of Education.
