In order to promote internationalization, the USR project team of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology for the "Local Creation and Dissemination of Cultural Foundation—Fucheng vs Yuejin" by the Ministry of Education, in cooperation with STUST International Affairs Office, recently launched the "Shennong Street Tour and Arts," after its "English Tour to Shennong Street" and "Arts and Florid Setting at Shennong Street." The team completed the series of activities, winning great responses from international students.

"Shennong Street Tour and Arts" refers to street games and traditional crafts. The Shennong Street project team has been preparing for the international tourists to learn the cultural aspects and characteristics of Shennong Street by playing the game "Looking for Wolfberry and Ganoderma." In addition to constant exercises on how to guide foreign tourists to understand the rules of the game, the game can help players understand the rules of the game. Players can get to know the cultural meaning of each level in the old street that they have just arrived. They can also learn the cultural meaning of each level. Students also discussed the English translation of every level of the game. They also designed headbands for the cosplay game characters—Wolfberry and Ganoderma, as well as their clothing label stickers. On the day when the game was played, all the international students got well dressed, before they followed the hints and the map, smoothly moving from the Narcissus Palace at Shennong Street, advancing all the way to the last Yaowang Temple, and showing happy and bright smiles on their faces.

It was mainly for transporting medicinal materials that the Medicine King Temple at the bottom of the street was born. In order to let international students understand the meaning of medicinal materials at Shennong Street, the team also hoped that the international student could have some knowledge of Chinese medicine culture, in addition to playing the block game of "Looking for Wolfberry and Ganoderma." On the other hand, the custom of carrying sachets has gradually been transformed into anti-mosquito sachets of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, in the Dragon Boat Festival, the project team, in cooperated with the Tainan City Cultural Association and the Borentang Chinese Medicine Shop, invited Tsai-Chin Zheng, CEO of the Tainan City Cultural Association, to teach the international students how to dye and print their sachet bags with such images as Chihkan Tower and Shennong Street Old Houses on them. The team also invited Mr. Jian-Wen Chou to teach everyone the efficacy of the mosquito herbs and the way to put the herbs into their own anti-mosquito bag according to their favorite aroma ratio. In the event, the international students also tasted the pancake of the 70-year-old traditional Bolishang bakery at Shennong Street, together with the famous mung bean pastry and the cool and annealed mung bean soup. The series of activities ended when brilliant smiles came to every international student.
