The creative team "Eating Everywhere in Fucheng," formed by students from the Department of Information and Communication of STUST, won first place in "Love for Taiwan” Group and an Excellent Work Award in College Group. The team introduced Fucheng cuisine in a lively manner through text and video interviews. Their e-book is positioned as a travel food publication. It selects and categorizes several traditional Tainan snacks and introduces Tainan’s private food and reports on Tainan’s sweet food culture. Although it is an e-book, the team breaks through the graphic limitations of traditional books, adding a short video about Fucheng food to the e-book, so that readers can also see Fucheng’s food and enjoy the good taste in a visual form.

The student creative team "Food Light Co., Ltd.," which also won an excellent work award, created an e-book called "Shiguang Island" with leftover food as their theme, which presents "Food Farming at Primary School," reports on leftover food related data and status, and promotes food farming education on campus. The difference between popular science food waste and leftover food breaks the general public's myth that leftover food is food waste and allows readers to understand the concept of "Cherish Food and Treasure Sustainability."
