This annual meeting brought together research elites and industry leaders from all walks of life related to the research and application of ergomonic engineering in the form of three special lectures, four forums, student papers and design competitions, and various academic seminars. Through student essay competitions, student creativity competitions, special research awards and forums, and annual membership meetings and academic seminars, members could exchange their research results and experience of various advanced experts and scholars, so that participants could learn more knowledge and experience and that ergonomic engineering future career development can be more sophisticated.

The conference forum invited experts and scholars from medical industry, occupational safety, national defense, military and design ergonomics, as well as advanced industries and other related fields. It integrated industry-government-academic resources and achieved the purpose of full exchange among industry, academia, and research. It also improved the coverage of ergonomic design, situational technology, and smart manufacturing to develop more cross-disciplinary professionals and face future challenges. The theme of the Medical Ergonomic Forum is pivoted on "Development of Smart Healthcare, Artificial Intelligence, and Ergonomic Engineering." The theme of the Occupational Safety and Health Ergonomics Forum was "Status and Future Prospects of Repetitive Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention in Pandemic." The National Defense Ergonomics Forum focused on two themes, namely, "Anthropometry and Equipment Development Design" and "Ergonomics Viewed from Armament." The theme of the Ergonomic Design was "Curatorial Experience Transmission and Post-pandemic Challenges."

Students from various universities participated in the seminar together. There were 18 paper competitions, 62 competition designs, and 123 papers for publication.
