Promoting the authorization of dissertations can help teachers and students accumulate research results and avoid duplication of research. In addition, the STUST Library has been actively cooperating with the National Library of Taiwan to organize the "Distinguished Inter-university Dissertation Authorization and Contest" for 13 years in order to promote the concept of full-text authorization and disclosure of academic papers. During this period, both parties have been committed to encouraging domestic PhD students to publish the full texts of their dissertations, authorizing the collection of the National Library and the school library, advocating the concepts of academic communication and academic ethics.
