In the early days, there was a long string of sandbars along the southwest coast of Taiwan, facing Tainan City and across the Taijiang Inland Sea. The Hokkien people named the image of these sandbars "Kunsheng", which means floating on the sea like a big fish. The Four Kunsheng Coast is the southernmost coastline of Tainan. It starts from Anping Yuguang Island in the north and reaches the Gold Coast in the south. The coastline stretches for nearly five kilometers, forming a beautiful scenery. The Kunsheng community is a fishing village settlement, which has made considerable contributions to the continuation of the traditional culture and religious beliefs of the community. With the large outflow of the population and the aging of the population in recent years, the community has gradually withered away. The Youth-Elderly Co-creation USR team's "Kunsheng from the Bottom of my Heart" resident workstation and entered the Kunsheng community, hoping to let STUST's majors enter the community, bring the elderly out of their homes to start businesses, and achieve sustainable development of the community.

For the first time, the students of STUST transferred the classroom courses to the activity center to do a briefing activity. They cooperated with the Youth-Elderly USR team at the resident workstation of "Kunsheng from the Bottom of My Heart", and invited local elders to do the review, so that the students could learn and experience the environment of the Kunsheng Community. It was also hoped that they could learn about the needs of the elderly to start a business and the feasibility of the plan through their interaction with the elders.

In the process of making the business plan for the elderly, the students found that Kunsheng has a very good geographical location; it is close to the sea, covering a large area, and there are many good facilities in the area, such as the Longgang flyover, but few people actually know it. They believe that it can revitalize the local tourism industry, increase job opportunities, and develop related special handicrafts to drive the flow of people and encourage the economy.
