22 groups of video works were exhibited in this event, broken into five types, including drama, animation, documentary, news, and integrated marketing. Each work carried different local issues, such as population migration and community aging, industrial transformation and Inheritance, cultural roots and local creation, environmental protection, and sustainable development, etc. The results of the course were not limited to video works; there were also the running-in of team members, the rewriting of local stories, the establishment of local sensitivity and feelings, etc. In addition, as the course was affected by the pandemic, many groups were forced to change their shooting plans during the preparation period and start shooting. Since then, they had been faced with difficulties, such as being unable to shoot and needing to find another location. The brick-and-mortar exhibition had been originally planned to be held in the Kunyu community before it was changed into an on-campus exhibition. The online exhibition and publicity was synchronized on digital media platforms. From exhibition planning, content design, venue layout to the launch of the website, everything was completed by the junior students of STUST. Through this exhibition, the practical experience of the students has been greatly increased. Facing the ever-changing challenges, the students could still overcome all the toughs and roughs without fear. It is indeed a great time for profound growth.
