STUST has been ranked No. 1 among universities of science and technology in the category of “Humanities and Social Sciences” by Global Vision Magazine for four consecutive years, and continues to be the No. 1 among universities of science and technology in the category of “Humanities and Social Sciences.” In addition, STUST ranked 12th among the "Top 30 Universities of Science and Technology," surpassing many national universities of science and technology, highlighting the STUST's solid strength in education.

STUST positions itself as the best partner in the industry, and works hard on the basis of teaching innovation and dedication to industry and education. In recent years, adhering to the school-running philosophy of "research, innovation, and pursuit of excellence," STUST have worked hard to run the school, which has been recognized by the majority of young students and parents, with the number of students ranked among the best of universities of technical and vocational.
