The immersion experiencing space "Yuanshinliu Immersion Experience Exhibition: A Dialogue with the Five Senses" was jointly produced by the team of "Prospective Medical Display and Multimedia Interdisciplinary Teaching Alliance," with its grand debut held from 9/27(Tue) to 9/29(Thu) at STUST! The inter-school team moved the immersive experience exhibition jointly created by Taipei 101 to the 3D digital gallery space of STUST for a three-day exhibition, creating another new type of perception experience. By triggering the experiencer's senses of seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, and tasting, his or her awareness is opened, and the experiencer can enter a happy, healthy state of peace.

The Yuanshinliu Immersion Experience Exhibition especially emphasized the dialogue with the five senses. Under the leadership of mindfulness guides, the first 5-minute meditation training was carried out, and the five senses experience—vision, hearing, touch, smell and taste—were integrated successively, such as the salt lamps (tactile, visual) commonly used in meditation, "bamboo water flow" (hearing, touch, vision) for the audience to experience the water circulation, and wolfberry in the mouth (touch, taste, smell), to achieve the effect of physical and mental relaxation and stress reduction.

This event used sound and light technology to integrate artistic creation, creating five scenes of universe, city, ocean, forest and desert and making the experiencers feel like they had been in the teamLab exhibition space of Japan, as if "one second were the world as long as you initiated your Imagination, and we would travel together in different spheres.” Whether one was being immersed in the Milky Way, overlooking the earth, wandering in the sea, being secluded in the forest, or traveling through some desert, oasis, and other places, the difference is that the popular healthy concept of mindfulness meditation was integrated into it. This helped busy people to experience physical and mental health, with better immunity and greater happiness.

The universities shared the responsibility for planning script and content, somatosensory feedback devices, video visual sound effects, integrated psychology, cognitive neurology, interaction with machine, and spatial-visual design, creating a feast of fusion across different domains that combined mindfulness meditation and sensual sound and light installation to create an immersive experience exhibition and allowed the experiencer to feel like being in the Milky Way, roaming the sea, or being secluded in the forest of busy urban life. People could feel relaxed and released from their anxiety, pain, insomnia, and other symptoms, with their physical and mental well-being much improved.
