STUST passed the examination held by the Department of Examination and Selection, becoming a qualified test site for the National Examination Computerized Test in Tainan. Shu-shiang Hsu, Minister of the Department of Examination and Selection, co-hosted the unveiling ceremony of the computerized test certification examination rooms in the International Conference Hall on the 13th floor of the Shiuchi Building of STUST. During the meeting, Director Yu-lin Zheng of the Computer and Information Network Center of STUST introduced the examination rooms, equipment, and environment to the distinguished guests.

Since 1993, the Department of Examination and Selection has promoted the computerized testing of national examinations. In recent years, it has actively expanded the scope of computerized testing and the number of seats for computerized testing in response to the digital transformation of the national examinations. Minister Shu-shiang Hsu and relevant officials went to STUST to visit the computerized test-taking environment, accompanied by the school supervisor led by President Deng-mao Lu of STUST. It was certified that STUST has the conditions for a computerized test site for the national exam, and it was hoped that STUST can join the team and become a model test site for the computerized test site for the national exam.

In the future, STUST will provide 500 test seats in 8 computer classrooms for the test area in Tainan
