STUST's USR Project for Local Creation and Dissemination of Cultural Heritage employed the 5Cs of World Heritage to implement its strategically planned courses. With an interdisciplinary integration of teachers from the colleges of digital design, business and administration, Language Center, and General Education Center, the 20 courses offered are planned into five major programs, so as to gradually complete the goals of Shennong Street Block Museum and Yuejin Living Museum. Over the past, the courses of the project had been able to demonstrate its achievement either by a physical poster exhibition or by an online achievement exhibition. The third phase of the project was to implement the collection of medium and long-term benefit evaluation data, displaying how the project can encourage the students of STUST to care about the local places, solve local issues and develop their abilities to achieve the results of local creation. This project especially held a physical achievement exhibition in the first exhibition hall of the Humanities and Arts Building at STUST by the end of this semester, while the online achievement exhibition was officially launched ton July 6.

There were 14 courses in the second semester of the 111th academic year, which were broken into "Discovery the Local Culture and Suburban Business Program," "Yuejin Cultural Gene Reproduction Program," "Game Design for Understanding Local Culture Program," "Digital Media Design Program," and "Recreation and Management Program." Each of these five programs was respectively responsible for constructing basic cultural genes of Wutiaogang Port and Yuejingang, understanding local culture through games, developing digital technologies that shorten the gap between time and space, and increasing the rate of visitors with its strategy of recreational creation. The purpose was to achieve the 5Cs standard of strengthening asset credibility, asset maintenance, related ability training, promoting public understanding and support of the 5Cs standard in the community.

The temple is now working with Wutiaogang Branch of Tainan City Cultural Association on Shennong Street. They provide guided tours in Chinese, English, and Japanese for the two places; they are also trying to help international students translate their cultural introduction into both Vietnamese and Indonesian. The third phase of the project will gradually expand from Shennong Street to Wutiaogang Port; therefore, the "Old Street Cultural Creation and Regeneration" course of "Game Design for Understanding Local Culture Program" will develop the block games in the area of Shinmei Street, Zhengshing Street, Kangle Street by Fengshen Temple, and Shennong Street. Their performances were outstanding. Currently, students are taking advantage of their summer vacation to modify and renew LINE robots, which will be launched as a series in the future. In addition, the "Walking and Reading Local Culture" course this semester still produced six board games based on Wujogang and Yuejingang. Among them, the "Food in Yuejin" board game, inspired by the flying tower wizard board game, transformed Yanshui octagonal building into an octagonal castle, turning the pasta souvenir into a game clearance object, which was not only full of strong Yanshui style but also very creative.

The "Game Mechanism and Psychology" course of the "Digital Media Design Program" combined the history and culture of Wutiaogang during off-campus field visits, thereby creating 15 games full of creativity as well as educational and cultural value. The "Mobile Game Design" course combined the 400-year anniversary event in Tainan in 2024, and through AR/VR technology learning, developed seven games related to Fucheng culture, such as "Wutiaogang King of Fighters." The "Recreation Management" course of the "Recreation and Management Program" was developed over three semesters. In this semester, five urban puzzle games will be created for Yanshui, and high-quality games will be selected, modified and launched on the market for the creative production of Yanshui. The "Creative Tour Design" course offered to the project for the first time will set a two-day one-night Fucheng journey for the elderly. Among them, the tour "Never Too Old for A Colorful Trip to Tainan" allowed the elderly to walk through the old streets and alleys, taste the delicacies known to the locals, and enter the Narcissus Palace Market, which has been the favorite of mothers and aunts. Through the students' vision and ideas, the project created a wonderful journey.
