The 53rd National Skills Competition was held in Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center after the three years of Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the competition were announced on July 17. The National Bakery Competition selected 17 bakers from the North, Central and South divisions for the competition. Wei-cheng Zhon from the Department of Hospitality Management, STUST, under the guidance of Prof. Zheng-sheng Lin, won the silver medal of Bread-making Category in the competition with his work “The Clown”, showing excellent performance in educational practice.
