The STUST Key Leadership Academy was planned and established by the College of Business and Management, STUST. It has begun enrolling students and held an enrollment information session on September 8. Dozens of business leaders and managers from Tainan City gathered together to discuss with each other, trying to understand the content of this enrollment. The first class will recruit 30 students and start a one-year exciting course from October 14, 2023 to September 8, 2024.

As Rui-shing Chang, Vice President of STUST, who is responsible for planning this academy, said, "The topic of 'inheritance and sustainability' has become a prominent topic for Taiwanese enterprises. The College of Business and Management, STUST, aims to connect the second-generation local enterprises, business successors and leaders. The social connection of talents has specially planned the STUST Key Leadership Academy to cultivate talents for corporate succession. The one-year program is divided into three phases. The first is the "Leader Succession Start," covering topics such as human resources, financial issues, and legal compliance. The second one is the "Leadership Succession Transformation Style," focusing on AI, blockchain, and data governance related to digital transformation. The final one is the "Leadership Succession Upgrade Style" focusing on future issues such as ESG, carbon inventory, and new media marketing. The three major phrases will allow students to become outstanding successors who will lead the company into the future after completing their studies.”
