The STUST and the Taiwan Science Park Association recently jointly organized the "Local Good Series: Science and Technology Charity Activities", inviting Director Lin Rongchuan of the Economic Development Bureau of the Tainan City Government, Director Dong Junde of the Southern Science Park Administration, Director Guo Chunhui of the Taiwan Science Park Association, Pan Xinmei, manager of Innolux Optoelectronics, Zhang Bi, senior manager of Qiqi Technology, etc. came to participate and invited 130 students from our school to attend the lecture.

This time, in conjunction with the 40th anniversary of the industry association, special event lectures will be held, with advanced industry sharing from Innolux, Innolux Technology and other companies. Topics on trend development and inheritance of workplace experience enable students of the school to understand corporate trends in advance and prepare for improving their employment functions.

The event started with Manager Pan from the Human Resources Management Office of Innolux sharing "Love and Workplace Learning for Freshers". He used the love issues that students are most concerned about to introduce workplace concepts. He said that resumes/interviews are like confessions. In this short text time, How to show a like-minded temperament. After entering the company, your boss will be like your other partner. You must learn to understand what is said and provide "security" and "trust" in a timely manner. Workplace issues are like emotional issues. Both parties work together to cooperate rather than go it alone. Finally, Pan Jingli gave the students a saying, "There is no right person, only the right relationship." He hoped that students can create your own career journey and love memories.

Then Zhang, senior manager of Qiqi Technology, shared "The progress of the Netcom industry and talent development."
