When the EMBA program of STUST started recruiting students for the 113th academic year, the 12th Board of Directors and Supervisors of the EMBA Alumni Association jointly planned the event "Alumni Return to Their Parents' Home Again and Touching Concert." They have recently completed renovations and provided a good space for leisure and study. The "Key Leader Lecture" was held, with such teachers as Vice President Rui-shing Chang, who is also the dean of the College of Business and Management, Vice President De-guang Chou, who was also the dean of the College of Business and Management, and Professor Ming-tsai Lai. The event also invited Professor Jin-he Lu, who has retired for nearly 10 years after serving as the dean of the College of Business and Management manager and the director of the EMBA in 2004. In addition to inviting alumni from all previous years to serve as admissions ambassadors, the Alumni Association also took the return as a time back to their shared memory of where they attended classes, recalling every detail of their EMBA studies.

He also invited alumni to pay attention to the start of the course in October this year. The STUST Key Leader University Program is designed to connect post-EMBA learning and respond to changing business models and new issues of industry. From 2015 to 2023, the EMBA produced 10 top 100 MVP managers for 9 consecutive years. Thanks to these alumni as everyone’s learning models, the EMBA Alumni Association can continue to improve each year. Chen is also grateful to the management and supervisory team of the EMBA Alumni Association the 1st – the 12th year for planning each wonderful event and enriching the EMBA’s continuous learning and the continuous connection with the seniors. This is also the meaning of inviting alumni back to their parents’ homes. In accordance with the theme of this event, "Alumni Return to Their Parents' Home and Touching Concert," the organizer especially selected nostalgic songs from the appropriate era that are familiar to the alumni. The atmosphere evoked the good times of "when we were together," as if reviving the emotions and memories of their school days. The concert for alumni returning to their parents’ homes ended with the singer’s song “Contentment,” but the story belonging to every NTU EMBA student will continue and will never end.
