【EMBA Alumnus Zhen-gren Chen, General Manager of Cheer Home Food Industrial Co., Ltd. was selected by 2023 Manager Monthly as a Top 100 MVP Manager Winner.】
The selection of the top 100 MVP managers is a national event organized by Manager Monthly. In 2023, in response to the increasingly fierce competition in the business environment of the post-pandemic era, building corporate resilience has become a key capability for corporate stable and long-lasting operations. This time the magazine mainly selected companies that could stand out in adversity, build solid substance in good times, and have the resilience and ability to adapt to changes. Cheer Home Food has been deeply engaged in soy products for more than 50 years, truly demonstrating the perseverance and resilience of traditional industry players in building a good corporate body. From the processing and manufacturing of soybeans, it developed the first domestically produced non-genetic soybean dried beans. It also established a one-stop product service business model, vertically integrating the food supply chain—raw material end, process end, quality assurance end and logistics end—with research and development and patented packaging technology that can solve the shortcomings of traditional tofu, such as softness and difficulty in packaging and transportation. In 2022, thanks to the complete construction of a cold chain logistics system and the extension of the exhibition and sale period of fresh food, the arrival rate was 99.8% and the net sales reached 380 million NTD.
