This is also an important key to continuing to develop a passion for baking. In the Department of Hospitality Management, STUST, they study with teachers with practical experience, receive encouragement and support from Chairman Ji-asheng Yeh, actively searched for suitable ingredients, and kept trying them out. They constantly ask the instructors for their opinions, trying out the best taste after revision.
