The STUST recently held the 2024 International Students Chinese Language Achievements Presentation and New Year's Eve Event. Vice President De-guang Chou, who is also Director of International Affairs of STUST, school supervisors, and nearly a hundred International students experienced Taiwan’s New Year’s Eve together and felt Taiwan’s strong festive atmosphere. STUST created an unforgettable New Year's Eve experience for international students, allowing them to deeply feel the unique charm of Taiwan and promoting cross-cultural understanding and exchanges. De-guang Chou, Vice President and Director of International Affairs of STUST, wished the students soar in the sky of knowledge and reach peaks in the Year of the Dragon. He also explained to the international students the symbol of the Year of the Dragon in Chinese society and the meaning of the twelve zodiac animals. International students sent sincere auspicious blessings to each other in fluent Chinese, which demonstrated the warmth and joy of cross-cultural exchanges and demonstrated the outstanding achievements of students in learning Chinese over the past year. At the event venue, international students participated in various New Year's Eve interactive experiences and presented their Chinese language achievements. Through exciting activities, the arrangements brought the students closer to each other and created a warm campus atmosphere.
