  The first class of STUST Key Leaders Academy graduated. Students hugged each other and shouted that they did not want to graduate. The second class of enrollment has started, with the class size limited to 30 people.    2024/9/18    

 

The STUST recently held the first graduation ceremony of STUST Key Leaders Academy, which was a grand occasion. The leading students walked magnificently on the red carpet, symbolizing a year of growth and harvest. Deputy Mayor Ching-hu Chao of Tainan City, Legislator Ding-yu Wang, President Feng-tai Wen of Tianyi Financial Services Group, Chairman Mei-hua Shu Huojingu Financial Group, and other industry, government and academic representatives came to witness this important moment.

In his speech, Deputy Mayor Ching-hu Chao of Tainan City affirmed and thanked STUST Key Leaders Academy for its contribution to Tainan. He also shared the economic development policies actively promoted by the city government, looking forward to combining on-site graduates and all walks of life to work together to create the second wave of economic miracle for Tainan City. Legislator Ding-yu Wang expressed his high appreciation for the humble learning of leadership trainees. He emphasized, "Leaders are people who are willing to be humble and continue to learn. If you succeed, Tainan will succeed."

STUST Key Leaders Academy is a unique business leadership college in the country, focusing on solving the two major business problems of inheritance and sustainability of enterprises. The college's courses cover human resources management, financial management, legal management, digital transformation (such as AI, blockchain, data governance), as well as such forward-looking topics as ESG (Environment, Society, Governance) and carbon inventory, aiming to cultivate generations of business elites.

Hong-ren Yang, President of STUST Key Leaders Academy and CEO of Minsheng Medical Group, has a lot of feelings about the issues of corporate inheritance and sustainability. Hong-ren Yang said, "We have gained a group of mentors and helpful friends at STUST Key Leaders Academy, and we can use each other's wisdom and experience to shape the future of enterprises and the future of Taiwan.”

Hong-ren Yang, President of STUST Key Leaders Academy, is the CEO of Minsheng Medical Group and has a deep understanding of the challenges of corporate inheritance and sustainable management. He said that the trainees had met a group of mentors and helpful friends at STUST Key Leaders Academy and could use each other's wisdom and experience to jointly shape the future of the company and even the future of Taiwan.

During the ceremony, the graduating students shared their learning experiences during the year. They all expressed that they had benefited a lot and had a high CP value. They did not need to hand in homework to obtain credits and degrees. The solid practical courses allowed students to become competitive when facing business challenges. More than half of the students at the scene said they had already signed up for the second session. They were highly affirmative of the diversified course arrangements of STUST Key Leaders Academy and looked forward to continuing to study hard. At the end of the ceremony, the students hugged each other for a long time and refused to leave, shouting that they did not want to graduate. It showed a joyful and warm atmosphere, filled with the deep friendship among the students of STUST Key Leaders Academy.
