2.Pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 3 of the Controlled Drugs Act, the Executive Yuan announced revisions to certain classifications and items in the “Controlled Drugs Classification and Items” on December 4, 2025 (Yuan-Tai-Wei-No. 1141033638). The revised content took effect on December 8, 2025.
