●Project Summary (Please refer to the attached document)
I. This project is jointly proposed by industry players, universities and colleges, and IT service providers. The project sites should be located in Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Pingtung. The main proposing companies in each field are as follows:

(I) Healthcare: IT service providers are the main proposers. (Application briefing sessions: December 11th, Kaohsiung; December 12th, Taipei; December 16th, Tainan; December 18th, Taichung. Registration website: https://aihc.org.tw/news/1/).

(II) Smart Business Services: Business service providers are the main proposers.

(III) Smart Manufacturing: Manufacturers are the main proposers.

II. A research team composed of representatives from at least two departments (or across departments) from different fields must participate. The team should include faculty members with practical research experience in the target industry and expertise in AI or R&D required for the project. The project proposal should specifically outline how the assigned project will connect with the local field in southern China.

III. Project Period: From the date of this approval announcement until November 20, 2026.

IV. Project Funding: The maximum funding for academic applications is NT$5 million per year.
