Tainan Education Union recently announced the winner of the 107th Annual Super Teacher Award in Tainan City. Professor Bo-Ming Li of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology won the first prize this year for the best teacher at university.

Over the past decade, there have been three Super Teacher Award winners, namely, Prof. Chung-Chun Wu of the Department of Mechanical Engineering (2014 for Tainan City; 2015 for the national), and Prof. Yu-Chin Du of the Department of Electronic Engineering (2017), and Prof. Bo-Ming Li of the Department of Electronic Engineering. This shows that the implementation of the "Teaching Excellence Project" by the Ministry of Education has achieved its initial goals. In the future, the "Higher Education Spout Program" will continue to bolster teaching innovation and improvement, and great results can be expected. The award-winning professor Bo-Ming Li said that education is a mission that should last for more than one hundred years.
