The aging of the population is a global problem. Food, clothing, housing and recreation are all affected. Various industries are designing for the needs of senior citizens. In particular, the issues on happy residence are becoming more and more popular. Everyone will be old and become the subject of senior services. In response to the advent of the old age, the development of residential conditions and community environment suitable for the elderly is a new phenomenon. As shown in the analysis of global population trends, Taiwan is moving from an aging society to a super-age society, and its aging rate is the highest of the whole world. Since 2018, 180,000 elderly people have been increased to our population every year. These people are in good physical conditions, and the services they need are quite different from those of the old people. The friendly living environment includes homes, communities, and even urban and rural areas to create a safe and comfortable space. Through policies and supporting measures, we will practice quality aging or aging in our country.
