The award-winning work "The Lord of the Seas" uses a piecewise approach to the production of the work, disassembling the work into many parts before combining them together. The amazing thing is that the gaps at the joints are subtly hidden in some points that are hard to detect. It is hard to detect the seams if the author does not point them out one by one. In addition, the work has two huge wings, so that the overall wings of the work reaches 100 cm. It is incredible that such a huge model does not need any brackets to support it! This shows that the design method is quite delicate and sophisticated. It also shows the rigorous craftsmanship of the creator and his enthusiasm for the work.

Jie-Kai Tsao pointed out that although he was busy with his research and academic studies in the graduate program, he still took the time to participate in various exhibitions and markets, continuing his personal works. He is currently actively preparing for more fantastic works to participate in international exhibitions, such as the well-known Wonder Festival in Japan, hoping to exchange ideas with and learn more for other creative talents. He also hopes that he can share his experience with other schoolmates and create more cool models in the future.

Zhi-Cheng Sun, Chairman of the Department of Multimedia and Entertainment Science, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, said that Tsao has been very fond of monsters and monsters since he was a child. He has been constantly improving his skills in every creative process, from 2D original painting to 3D modeling, without changing his original intention. The entry "The Lord of the Seas" is the sixth in the student's personal series, which combines his three favorite classic monsters and reinterprets them with a real biological and personal style. Tsao said that the realistic monster works are inherently convincing and rendering that it can bring viewers into the context of the work. To this end, Tsao did a lot of research on biology, chemistry and anatomy; he also added some buildings, aircrafts and blasting special effects to the background. All these show the real situation of the monster attack. Even if there is no line or narration, the viewer can immediately step into the world constructed by the work. It is indeed an amazing work.
