2019/1/11 Associate Professor Yi-Chun Du of the Department of Electronic Engineering, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, won the 2018 Teaching Award of National Industrial Vocational Education Association. The 2018 Teaching Award, organized by the National Industrial Vocational Education Association, was held at the National Taiwan Normal University. Associate Professor of the Department of Electronic Engineering, 2019/1/9 Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology won three championships in the 2018 Professional English and Japanese Vocabulary and Listening Proficiency Competition for the Second District of South Taiwan. The Competitive Cheerleading Team of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology participated in the 2018 National Cheerleading Championships held by the Athletic Cheerleading Association of Taiwan, 2019/1/3 Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology Electronics Department IoT Lab won the third prize in the 2018 Pre-emptive Competition Innovation Practice Award and won the Best Popularity Award for the second place The 2018 "Fresh Catching Contest" was held at the 3F International Conference Center of the National Taiwan University Hospital. The Internet of Things Laboratory of the Electronic Engineering Department of the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology won the third prize in the 2018 Pre-emptive Competition and won the Best Popularity Award.
