主旨：國科會徵求2027-2028年度「臺印（NSTC-ICSSR）雙邊協議國際合作研究計畫」，自2026年6月1日起受理至2026年7月29日(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、依國科會與印度教育部社會科學研究委員會（ICSSR）簽署之科技合作備忘錄辦理。
二、國科會與印度教育部社會科學研究委員會合作辦理旨揭雙邊協議國際合作研究計畫，以共同推動學術交流與發展，由刻正執行國科會核定補助之研究類計畫（原計畫）主持人，於原計畫項下申請擴充加值型（Add-on）國際合作研究計畫，並於2027年1月1日至2028年12月31日期間內執行，且須與印方共同研究計畫之執行期程相同。
三、本補助採線上申請，先由臺方計畫主持人於申請期間至國科會線上系統繳交資料，再由申請機構於截止日前於線上系統彙送國科會。
四、檢送申請須知一份如附，相關注意事項將自發文之日起公告於國科會網站計畫徵求專區，請貴機構留意國科會公告資訊。

Subject: NSTC is soliciting applications for the 2027-2028 academic year for the "Taiwan-India (NSTC-ICSSR) Bilateral Agreement International Collaborative Research Project." Applications will be accepted from June 1, 2026 to July 29, 2026 (internal deadline is [insert university]).

Notes:
I. This project is conducted in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding on Scientific and Technological Cooperation signed between NSTC and the Indian Commission for Social Sciences Research (ICSSR).

II. NSTC and ICSSR collaborate on this bilateral agreement-based international collaborative research project to jointly promote academic exchange and development. Principals of existing NSTC-approved research projects (original projects) can apply to expand their projects with value-added (add-on) international collaborative research projects, to be implemented between January 1, 2027 and December 31, 2028, and with the same implementation period as the Indian joint research project.

III. This subsidy application is conducted online. The Taiwanese project leader must first submit the required documents to the NSTC online system during the application period, and then the applicant organization must submit the application to NSTC via the online system before the deadline.

IV. An application submission guide is attached. Related notices will be posted on the NSTC website's project solicitation section from the date of this notice. Please pay attention to NSTC announcements.
