2019/11/20 High school students were invited to Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology to experience the spirit of “pragmatic application” of technical and vocational education. In order to strengthen the knowledge and understanding of "practical application" of technical and vocational education on the part of high school students, society, and enterprises, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology held the 2019 Higher Education Sprout Program Achievements Exhibition, which has appeared in the Sanlian Hall of the university for 5 consecutive years 2019/11/19 2019 International Conference on Knowledge-Based Economy and Globalization Management was held at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. The 15th International Conference on Knowledge-Based Economy and Globalization Management was held by Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology at the Nianci International Conference Hall of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. During the meeting, Dr. Sam Basu of the University of William Patterson was invited to give a keynote speech. There were about 300 academic 2019/11/14 Department of Multimedia and Entertainment Science, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, won the Excellency Reward of Prototype Contest in the 5th Reality Fantasy Pioneering Model Festival. Reality Fantasy Pioneering Model Festival, which has been popular among various animation creators and fans at home and abroad, has entered its 17th year. The Prototype Contest of Reality Fantasy Pioneering Model Festival, first held in the 12th year, has entered the fifth year. This year the contest was based on the theme of Eudemons, animals, and monsters. It has attracted many prototype creators. Jie-Kai Tsao 2019/11/13 Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology held the Fundraising Dinner for Disadvantaged Students, with more than 400 honorable guests in attendance. Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology recently held the 2019 Fundraising Dinner for Disadvantaged Students at Huaping Memorial Hall of Dongdong Banquet Hall in Tainan City. The dinner was hosted by STUST Career 2019/11/12 Taiwan Global Internship Program Plus (TGIP+): the Ministry of Education and Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology are working together to create a bright future for digital games in Taiwan. Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology implemented the Taiwan Global Internship Program Plus by the Ministry of Education, which is to bolster talents to intern in Japan's top professional companies for three years. During the implementation period, a total of nine workshops were held, 301 trainees were trained, and 36 students were selected.
