2019/11/29 Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology won nine prizes in the 14th HOLTEK MCU National Creativity Competition The 14th HOLTEK MCU National Creative Competition recently held a final at the National Changhua Normal University. The three teams of students from the Department of Creative Product Design and the Department of Electronic Engineering, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, collaborated and dominated the final, winning nine prizes: the Gold 2019/11/27 Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology released a film for its 50th Anniversary: A historical review that shows the determination of the university to become a “First-Class University Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology held a press conference to promote the series of activities for its 50th anniversary as well as the unveiling ceremony of its "50 Classes." Chairman Hsin-Hsiong Chang and President Deng-Maw Lu, along with school directors and chief officers, invited celebrities and alumni to the conference. After the conference 2019/11/26 USR plan of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology and Shennong Street residents jointly planned the Year of the Mouse Lantern Show: More than one hundred students in self-study courses participated in the cultural education of the local community. Following the lantern shows in the Year of the Dog and the Year of the Pig, which brought about 60,000 visitors, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology and Tainan City Cultural Association jointly organized another lantern show 2019/11/20 High school students were invited to Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology to experience the spirit of “pragmatic application” of technical and vocational education. In order to strengthen the knowledge and understanding of "practical application" of technical and vocational education on the part of high school students, society, and enterprises, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology held the 2019 Higher Education Sprout Program Achievements Exhibition, which has appeared in the Sanlian Hall of the university for 5 consecutive years 2019/11/19 2019 International Conference on Knowledge-Based Economy and Globalization Management was held at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. The 15th International Conference on Knowledge-Based Economy and Globalization Management was held by Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology at the Nianci International Conference Hall of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
