2019/10/7 Lecturer Chong-Shi Fang of Southern Taiwan of Science and Technology once again won the 2019 National Literature and Art Creation Award of the Ministry of Education. Ministry of Education announced the winners of the 2019 of the National Literary and Art Creation Awards. A total of 49 people won awards and the award ceremony was held at the Taipei Living Art Museum. Chong-Shi Fang, a lecturer at the General Education Center at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, won the Art Creation Award, following his winning of the first prize in 2012. 2019/10/3 2019 National Web Design and Mobile APP Creation Competition for Charity / Technology / Humanities: Department of Information Management, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, won the Gold Award of "Mobile APP University Group." The finals of the 2019 National Web Design and Mobile APP Creation Competition for Charity / Technology / Humanities, hosted by Chinese Professional Management Association of Hsinchu, were held at Jiaotong University, Hsinchu City. Department of Information Management, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, stood out from among the 25 colleges and universities and won the finals, winning the Gold Award of “Mobile APP University Group” with its brilliant performance. 2019/10/2 Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology made a brilliant record winning one gold, three silvers and six bronzes in the 2019 Taiwan Innovation and Technology Exposition.
