Effective date: August 1, 2018

1. The library will suspend various following services in case the books borrowed and materials have been overdue without return.

2. The number of days of suspension is calculated by multiplying the actual number of overdue days by the number of overdue books. Patrons must return the books and shall be calculated for period of borrowing suspension from the second day of returning overdue books. The borrowing suspension period is up to 90 days and may restore to the borrowing authorization upon expiration of suspension period.

3. Patrons can still enter the library during the suspension period but will be terminated of the following services until restoration of borrowing authorization, including: books renewal, special borrowing services, borrowing iPad, ePad, digital piano, study carrel, discussion room, audiovisual materials and equipment.
