Domestic outbreak has shown no signs of easing; therefore,
STUST is unable to increase the daily quota of on-site pickup.

In order to encourage students to apply for mailing their degree diploma,
STUST decides to pay for the delivery fee
(include applicants of first application session) and
will attach two transcripts (without ranking) for free in the parcel.

If you applied for on-site pickup in the first application session
but would like to change to mail your degree diploma,
please click the link in the email sent by Registration Office and fill out the mailing application.

1)Submit the application online by deadline

2)Sign and return the confirmation form online
3)Receive tracking number in email box on the delivery date
4)Pay close attention to the incoming calls
5)Scan the QR code enclosed to report the receipt.
