1. According to the statistics of injuries and illnesses of the Health and Safety Group (from February 1 to May 31 of this semester), there were 103 staff and students injured while walking, and most of them fell on the "slope of the corridor outside Building F" (see Appendix 1).
2. Analysis of the causes of falls: Most of the causes are distraction while walking (e.g., swiping the phone, chatting with others), slippery ground, and failure to pay attention to the height difference of the ground.
3. Tips to prevent falls:
(1) Look at the road when walking and pay attention to the height difference of the road surface.
(2) Stand firmly and walk attentively, avoid looking down at the phone and chatting with others.
(3) If the ground is slippery, please walk slowly and carefully.
(4) Do not run or play on the slope to prevent accidents.
4. The treatment of the slope of the corridor outside Building F is explained in Appendix 2.
