Dear Colleagues,
To facilitate the replacement of network gateway equipment in Buildings B, J, L, N, P, V, W, and X on campus, the IT department plans to carry out maintenance work on 8/9 (Saturday), 8/16 (Saturday), and 8/30 (Saturday) for each building.
During the construction period, the network (both wired and wireless) in the affected buildings will be temporarily interrupted for approximately 2 hours, which will impact the connection to campus systems and online services.
To avoid affecting your unit's important operations, if your unit requires network access during specific time periods due to activities or teaching needs, please complete the following form by the end of the workday on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, to facilitate subsequent scheduling adjustments and construction arrangements:

⚠️ If there are no special requirements, there is no need to fill out the form, and it will be considered that your unit has no specific network needs and can accommodate the construction schedule.
