Dear overseas students (including Overseas Youth Vocational Training School students),

The Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) is organizing the 2025 Global Singing Contest to promote Mandarin, Taiwanese Hokkien, and Hakka language learning through music. All overseas students currently studying in Taiwan are welcome to join and showcase their talents!

🔸 Eligibility:
Overseas compatriot students currently studying in Taiwan, including those graduating in 2025.
Mainland Chinese and international students are not eligible.

🔸 Group:
Domestic Overseas Student Group
(Individual entries for preliminaries; group performance allowed in semi-finals/finals, up to 5 members per group)

🔸 Contest Schedule:
📍 Online Preliminary Round: Now until July 20, 2025
📍 Online Semi-final: July 26 – August 10, 2025
📍 Final Round: September 20, 2025 (Saturday)

🔸 Designated Songs:
35 songs in total — 15 in Mandarin, 10 in Taiwanese Hokkien, and 10 in Hakka
