Description:
1. The National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Higher Education Open Resources Research Center, the Ministry of Education's Digital Learning Deepening Project University Office, and the Taiwan Open Courses and Open Education Alliance will jointly host the "2025 Taiwan Online Learning Summit" at the Guangfu Campus of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University on August 4, 2025 (Monday). Experts, scholars, teachers and students from all over the country who are concerned about the development of online learning in Taiwan are sincerely invited to participate.
2. This summit specially invites three internationally renowned scholars to serve as keynote speakers, including: Professor Barbara Oakley of Oakland University in the United States, Dean Kojima Hideki of the School of Education at Tohoku University in Japan, and Professor Yan Wanxin of the same school, who will give wonderful special speeches in the morning. In the afternoon, three major theme seminars are planned to be held in parallel, namely: "ELMO Project of the Ministry of Education", "Moodle×AI Teaching Power" and "Going Global×Taiwan Open Education Practice". At that time, we will invite Chairman Lu Guanwei of the Uniform Education Platform, Professor Li Dawei of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, and many scholars and experts to share and exchange ideas, and jointly discuss the practical application and innovative development of digital teaching in various educational fields, hoping to stimulate new thinking and inject new energy into the digital transformation of our country's higher education.
