Subject: The National Science Council (NSC) is soliciting proposals for the 2025 "Core Research on the Theoretical Foundations of Artificial Intelligence" project. Applications are being accepted from now until September 18, 2025 (on-campus submissions).

Notes:
1. The project is expected to begin on November 1, 2025, subject to the Council's actual approval date.
2. Applicants should follow the NSC's general project application procedures. Log in to the Council's Academic Research Service website and apply for the "Project Category - Drop-in Project." Select "General-Oriented Project Research Project" for the project category, "Natural Sciences Division" for the project affiliation, and "M0209 - Interdisciplinary Mathematical Sciences" for the discipline code.
3.
