Subject: The National Science Council is soliciting applications for the "2026 Doctoral Student Research and Training Program in Member Countries of the Sino-European International Visegrad Foundation (IVF)." Applications will be accepted from August 1, 2025, to September 26, 2025 (on-campus submission).

Instructions:
1. Applications will be processed in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Council and IVF.
2. This program encourages Taiwanese doctoral students currently enrolled in public and private universities in Taiwan to pursue research and training at national universities in IVF member countries (hereinafter referred to as V4 countries), including the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia. Application instructions are attached.
3. This program has been announced on the Council's website. Applicants interested in training in V4 countries should apply online according to the instructions. The application should be submitted to the Council by the deadline specified in the announcement, along with a copy of the application list, with the recommendation from the recommending institution (or institution of study).
